Adopting a Friend

Our adoption rules are simple. Please remember that chihuahuas can be temperamental and sometimes are not the best dogs for young children.

1) We do not allow the public to visit the dogs until they have been approved to adopt.

2) You can find our adoption application on this website. Please be sure and answer all the questions as we cannot process an incomplete application. We will try to notify you within 1-2 days if you are approved. We will contact your veterinarian and landlord if you rent.

3) When you are approved, we will invite you to come and visit the dog.

4) If after visiting the dog, you decide you would still like to adopt, we will ask you to pay the adoption fee and sign an adoption contract.

5) You must be 21 to adopt from us as you will be required to sign a contract.

6) We reserve the right to deny adoption to anyone for any reason without explanation.
